Center, Texas – Oilfield Water Logistics, LLC is developing a 540-acre, oil and gas Commercial Surface Waste Management Facility located on Highway 128 between the cities of Jal and Carlsbad in Lea County, New Mexico. As only the fourth permit ever issued in New Mexico, the facility is the largest of its kind and is ideally located to handle well over 400 loads per day of oilfield related waste and other RCRA exempt and RCRA non-exempt solid waste from E&P activities in the region.
High Roller EPC has been contracted to provide construction services on the landfill, drying pit, liquids processing facility, evaporation pond and the highway entrance to the facility The liquids processing facility is the ninth of its kind based on a proprietary design by High Roller EPC. The project is scheduled for completion early second quarter 2020.
