The system was designed to dry between 150-200 tons/hour (depending on sand size). There are spare components also available. The plant was built in 2014 and was operated very successfully for several years.
The system is fully automated, coming with a metal building/lab/control room with all automated system being utilized from the control room. The company and individual who designed/installed the automation and programming of the system is still available to remove and re-install that system.
The site is fully accessible for construction removal, etc.
