What a great week at the 8th Annual Frac Sand Supply & Logistics Conference! With 625+ attendees, this was the second largest frac sand event ever. That said, the overall mood was subdued. Plenty of frac sand companies are hurting, which means many of their vendors are struggling as well. Some other vendors mentioned to me that they are having break-out years.
Those who attended should keep an eye out for our post-conference email which will provide you access to the attendee list and the presentations. Next week we plan to launch the websites for the 5th Annual Frac Sand Industry Update (January 29, 2020 at The Petroleum Club of Houston) and the 9th Annual Frac Sand Supply & Logistics Conference (September 23-25, 2020 at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort in San Antonio).
