Big breaking news to your inbox this morning! Iron Oak Energy Solutions completes their third acquisition in 2025. They announced they are acquiring Superior Silica Sands which significantly increases their footprint in the Eagle Ford and being the basin’s largest supplier.

The Superior Silica facility adds over three million tons per year of production capacity to Iron Oak Energy's portfolio and is strategically located east of the Company's existing plants, providing complementary coverage across the full extent of the basin.
