As the tense “ceasefire” becomes a thing, we are waiting to see how E&Ps respond. Will we see validation of the “wait it out” strategy? Will we see an increased production regardless at WTI is still $95+ as of publishing?
Regardless, the medium-term outlook for certain basins of proppant production are starting to improve. Supply is tightening, and we’re watching to see if this will result in any meaningful price improvement as well.
