Charlie Crisp is the founder and principal consultant of Crisp Supply Chain Solutions. His firm provides A-to-Z completions unbundling expertise across all completion commodities from the bid process to implementation on frac jobs in the field. This means sourcing all completion commodities direct from the supplier of frac sand, horsepower, chemicals, trucking, storage, and other commodities. Charlie comes from a family of successful oil and gas entrepreneurs. He has over 8 years in a leadership role in final mile supply chain primarily working with E&Ps direct. He is considered one of the leading experts in final mile with vast experience in procurement, auditing sand mines, final mile logistics, and wellsite coordination. He has a history of building high performing teams just as he did when he started Crisp Supply Chain Solutions. When he built this company, Charlie amassed a team of E&P supply chain executives who had extensive experience and success with transforming their bundled completions into a direct sourced model.  He also built a very successful one-off sand quality business which is the only one operating in the oilfield. He credits his success of being able to implement his proven direct sourced model across multiple customers, putting the highest quality completion commodity vendors on jobs, walking them through execution in the field, and still saving the customer millions in margins. Charlie is known in the industry for living up to his company’s slogan of “30% savings in 30 days regardless if you have 3 wells or 300 wells”.
