Mr. Hallen, co-founded Pronghorn Logistics along with Stephen White. Mr. Hallen joins Pronghorn from RockPile Energy Services, a leading oilfield services provider acquired by the Keane Group (NYSE:FRAC). At RockPile, Mr. Hallen served as Director of Corporate Development, focused on mergers & acquisitions, corporate strategy, capital structuring, and firm growth initiatives. Prior to RockPile, Mr. Hallen worked as a management consultant for Booz & Company, a premier global management consultancy acquired by PWC in 2014. As a key member of the firm’s global oil and gas team, Mr. Hallen’s advised clients across the oil and gas value chain on a wide range of topics including strategy development, performance transformation, portfolio management, and M&A strategy and execution. Mr. Hallen holds an MBA from the University of Texas and a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts from California Polytechnic State University – San Luis Obispo. He has also completed the Petroleum Super School Certificate Program at the Colorado School of Mines.
