Scott Spillars is vice president of supply chain for Hi-Crush leading the commercial sand sales, logistics, supply chain and customer service teams. Prior to Hi-Crush, he was responsible for the North America polymer business as senior product line manager at Kemira Chemicals and director of manufacturing, product development and technical service in the Oilfield Technology Business Unit at Hexion. Scott is a certified LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt and has executed numerous business improvement projects generating more than $100 million in productivity during the course of his career. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Chemistry from Alcorn State University where he played varsity baseball for four years.
