Cody Wickersheim is a graduate of The University of Wisconsin at Oshkosh, with degrees in Business and Industrial Sociology. He started his career in 1995 as a Management Trainee in the building products industry. By 1999, he was Assistant General Manager, becoming Vice President, General Manager in 2001, earning a 10% stake in the largest producer of architectural doorskins in the United States. The company grew 700% during Cody’s tenure, as the company diversified in to a variety of building component products. In 2011, Cody facilitated the sale of the company to Masonite Corporation. In 2012, he joined Badger Mining Corporation as an Advisory Team member for the company’s resin coating division, Atlas Resin Proppants, and became President/Advisor Team Member of Badger Mining Corporation in 2015. Cody currently serves on the Advisory Team for Badger Mining Corporation, and as a Board member for a multi-national building products company. In the Spring of 2019, Cody founded the Northern White Sand Consortium, with a group of Northern White Sand producers, focused on funding third-party research, and potential marketing, of long term impact on in-basin sand production versus that of like wells completed with Northern White Sand.
