Sierra Frac Sand, LLC was founded in 2008 in order to meet the growing needs of the modern drilling and hydraulic fracturing industry. Sierra Frac Sand, LLC is a producer of proppant and specialty sand in Texas and Louisiana. We recently expanded from our original location in Tatum, Texas to our newest mine and processing plant in Plain Dealing, Louisiana. Sierra has developed a program with well over three million tons of annual production capacity.
