The Petroleum Connection has announced that the dates of the 9th Annual Frac Sand Supply & Logistics Conference have changed.
Previously scheduled to be held in September, the new event dates are November 16-18, 2020. The Petroleum Connection surveyed event sponsors, past attendees, and other industry professionals to solicit feedback on when they would like to see the event scheduled and the overwhelming response was for mid-November.
The event will be held at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort in San Antonio, Texas. Reduced room rates are available in our conference room block.
The current draft agenda includes:
November 16:
– Pre-Conference Seminars (90-minute seminars on topics, enabling attendees to go deeper into topics of particular interest). Free attendance for anyone registered for the conference. Topics to be announced.
– Operators “Off-the-Record” Session (a new feature where E&P and operator representatives can have an open and honest dialogue on topics of their choosing…followed by short presentations and Q&A sessions with experts invited on topics chosen by the operator attendees). Free for all operators registered for the conference.
– Asset Swap Meet and Opening Reception (in addition to the opening reception, companies with frac sand related assets to sell will have the opportunity to reserve a table in the room at which they can display information on available assets and attendees can circulate through the room to see what assets are available for purchase). November 17:
– Day One of the Conference, including breakfast, refreshment breaks, lunch, Roundtable Discussions, and a networking reception.
– Exhibit Booths open all day.
November 18:
– Day Two of the Conference, including breakfast and a morning break. Closes at noon.
– Exhibit booths open until noon.
– Golf Outing – 2pm shotgun start at the golf course on the property. Separate registration required to participate in golf. Golf Sponsorships also available.
– Following golf, a light reception will be held for the golfers (limited to those registered for golf).
