Matt brings nearly 20 years of oilfield service engineering and business development experience to Alpine Silica. After earning his Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Kansas, he joined Halliburton as a field engineer before joining Frac Tech Services in 2007. Matt had progressing roles of responsibility at Frac Tech Services including Vice President of Sales. As part of the team that started ProFrac Services, Matt served as the Vice President of Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain. Matt went on to join a new start-up, Siren Energy, developing CNG compression and fueling solutions for frac fleets, rigs, and industrial customers. Siren Energy was sold to Liberty Energy in 2023 and Matt returned to the PF Holdings family in September 2023.
