A sand mine in growth mode is looking for an investor to help them build out some additional storage.  This could be a short-term bridge loan (for a high net worth individual, a VC, etc.) or a longer-term equity play (for a family office or private equity).  They have contracts in place for 2024 that will give the investor confidence in the company and project.  The deal is moving quickly, so contact Pete Cook ([email protected]) for an intro to the owners.
